Shipping Policy

All my items are ready to ship in 1-3 days. Every order arrives gift-boxed and securely packaged in a protective bubble mailer.

Items are shipped Ground Advantage through the US Post Office. You will receive an email from Shopify with updates on shipping status and tracking. Upon delivery, you will receive an email with a delivered message. 

Standard shipping is the default checkout setting. Your item is expected to be delivered within 7-10 business days after the item has been shipped and scanned by the delivery carrier. 

Spend $35 or more and receive free standard shipping within the US. Unfortunately, at this time, I am not able to offer international shipping.

Priority shipping is an upgrade charge and once shipped, your package should arrive in 5-7 business days. Your item will include limited shipping insurance after shipped.

While we pack items carefully, we cannot control carrier transit damage. If your order arrives damaged, please file a claim with USPS.

Business days don’t include weekends, however Saturday deliveries may occur in select ZIP codes.

Returns:

Returns are accepted only within 14 days of receipt of the item. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please note that original shipping costs cannot be refunded. 

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are made at the time of payment and will have a longer shipping time. This will be discussed during the order process. When a custom item is ordered, that will delay shipping up to 2-3 weeks. 

Custom items are not subject to returns.
